We visited this shop yesterday with our 2 children. We asked to look at a Schleich dinosaur which was displayed in a glass cabinet. Our son has autism, and likes to check the mouth opens on any figures he has. With this particular dinosaur, the bottom jaw was wobbly, so he wanted to see another one as we assumed it was faulty. Whoever the lady was that served us got another sealed dinosaur from a bag and the jaw did the same thing. We explained to our son that they are all like that, and he accepted it and wanted it. The lady wouldnt let our son hold this one though to check and then says I dont want him breaking it. And had already taken the display one back so he couldnt touch it again. He would not have broken it, he was very careful and well behaved. Ironically, we would have bought the dinosaur, and several other Schleich figures since our son collects them. The womans rudeness basically lost the shop a sale of just over 100 yesterday, as we refuse to buy anything from someone so judgemental and ignorant. We have now purchased the figures from Amazon instead. I wouldnt recommend this toy shop to anybody. Like another review says, they make you feel very uncomfortable and I certainly wont be taking my children there again. Avoid.
