        Lovely caravan site, owners are really friendly. You can't rent your caravan out on this site, it's nice and quiet and people are very friendly too. It doesn't have entertainment or anything on site but in walking distance to Skegness and also the shops and garages.

        Went to look at a couple of bungalows to buy. Brilliant is an underestimate. Lawns kept neat. All gardens cleaned and tidy. I went to a neighbouring site it was filthy, which, Made me even more appreciative of Baythorpe. I spoke to the owners, they were so polite and helpful. So we've brought a bungalow there. Very helpful people. Spoke to people who have been on the site for many years. Not one complaint. Security seems very good too. So far 5-star times 5.

        Quiet n peaceful. Dint see no mini troglodytes buzzin abart on them chuffin scooter thingys. Lots of dogs but thankfully unlike West Yorkshire the wa no dog $#/t dotted n smeared all ova t'causeway. Thumbs up guys
