Unfortunately the gift box arrived damaged and ripped but the parcel was packaged really well and had fragile written all over it. The breakage was likely caused by Royal Mail being very poor and handling parcels terribly as always.

Photo has been badly rendered. They failed to map part of the photo resulting in a gap on left side of the face.
Contacted customer service and the response was rude, condescending and failed to take any responsibility for the fault.
I'm sure people who have been lucky enough to receive a good product think they are brilliant, but read the bad reviews and you'll see that's just pot luck. As soon as you need customer service with a complaint, its a totally different story.
The reply from the vendor to my original post is as expected. One thing we both agree on is that he cannot reproduce hidden elements of a photo. However, I'll let the pictures tell the story. Here is the original reference photo as sent to the vendor together with the product and clearly visible elements of the picture that have been missed.
You don't need to be an expert to see the problem.

The image was completely distorted as you can see from the photo!
Andrew did not rectify the issue and simply blocked my emails and ignored my voicemails.
It was heartbreaking as I wanted a personal and sentimental image printed.
After reading many reviews afterwards of other customers experiences it saddened me that I was out of luck and at a dead end after trying to contact the company for 3 months.
They also ignored my solicitors email and was overall the worst purchase and experience ever.
You should treat people better as I have seen many customers still experiencing this after a year from when I purchased. I also noticed you have filtered out bad reviews.
I would simply avoid this company based on my experience :(

I then emailed another more formal letter just asking for my options as the image is distorted and I had a reply from Andrew saying we wont issue a refund; I never asked for a refund I wanted to know a solution as Im not happy about the product.
I then attempted to email again stating the image is distorted with an photo of it only to have my email saying cannot send mail; my email address had been blocked!
On the website it states that they will try to rectify the issue but there is rarely a problem. I have an issue and the problem is not rectified! I now want a refund and may need to take things further.
I fully support small businesses but extremely disappointed about the way this has been handled.
