Warren James Jewellers - Skegness

The staff are fine but what is the deal with these selling jewellery from shelves & not getting anything brand new in a box anymore? Plus everyone elses dirty hands have been on it walking in. If you pay that much you don't expect to have to pay for a bag & box also on top of the jewellery. I bought a gold ring from these a few days ago & it had a scuff on it I noticed when I got home the same day. There is no way I could of done this just driving home. I believe this is wear from being on shelves most of the day. Warren James do not reply to emails & the ring which should be brand new & pristine when I bought it was scuffed. I recommend if anyone does buy from these to check the jewellery condition properly before saying yes first.

Very nice & helpful staff surprisingly for around here but selection is very poor & also they sell no pure gold rings. It's all gold plate on silver.

Great choice of jewellery at cheap prices but then you pay for what you get. Quality may not always be up to par but then thats reflected in what your paying here.
