        Update: don't expect an answer to any emails they ask you to send because you will never get an answer. "Swim session" doesn't provide you the option to actually swim if that's what you're aiming for. You're not allowed to use the one swimmimg lane because there is one lifeguard on duty so it's there completely empty. To them swimming means standing in a pool. Tried to make the most of it but left after 10 minutes. Misinformatiom at it's best. Staff cluldn't care less. "It's summer holidays so it is what it is." Massive joke. Changing rooms and toilets reek. Horrible experience and money wasted.
