Great value coach hol, hotel some brilliant features, fab, chandelier in foyer. Building one of best in Skegness, rooms a bit dated, but clean an well maintained. Staff lovely and efficient service in all departments. We had buffet breakfast which was really good quality and choice for the cost. Just a short walk to town, beach and all main attractions.

Rooms: Our room was great and glad we had a balcony. Nearby activities: The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to amusements. Safety: Maps of fire escapes and what to do in an emergency are on back of room door, felt very safe there. Walkability: Easy to access areas, there is a lift. Beach is a short walk. Food & drinks: Evening meal was awful! But breakfast was good. Noteworthy details: Check to see if a coach is booked in as they take priority over others.
