        The lady who runs it is fantastic, great attention to detail, my room was ready very early and I had a free upgrade due to breakfast not being available (this was made known to me well in advance of arrival) Location is perfect as your 2 minutes walk from the clocktower and the beach, ideal for short breaks, My room was pleasant, spacious, and clean, I've used a few b&b/hotels in skeggie before and the Ivernia is most definitely my go to now for trips to Skegness.
