AVIOD We booked with a company called SANDCASTLE HOLDAYS through booking.com. We stayed in SPRINGS 24. This caravan is not fit for purpose, it is filthy, dirty bedding, pots/pans/cutlery. Dirty fridge freezer which was leaking on arrival. Stains to carpets, cracked ornaments/ mirrors. Rust to radiators and damp and mould on curtains and blinds. SANDCASTLE HOLIDAYS said they were unable to move us to an alternative caravan, and dismissed my complaint that this place was disgusting. After staying one night out of the 3 booked, my son developed a cough, and rash. We rang SANDCATLE HOLIDAYS to explain we were leaving they did not ask why? Or if there was anything they could do to help. They were not concerned about customer satisfaction they take your money, no concern shown. Do not book with this company, the photos of the caravans are are many years ago when they were in good working order
