        Had a lovely week at Singlecote, Sheila was always helpful and the breakfasts good only problem was low water pressure which didn't help with getting washed but we got thru. Nearly perfect location for Skegness

        Great place to stay. Located 10 minute walk to the seafront, 5 minute walk into the heart of skengess. And a 15 minute walk to the train station. Lovely clean accommodation. Easy to check in and check out. Amazing breakfast to set you up for the day. Little dogs welcome, but ask before you book. Sheila is a wonderful friendly landlady, that makes you feel most welcome. I felt part of her family, and can't wait to come back and stay again. 5 big Stars from me. Andi & Marshall xx
