        First time at the beachlands guest house and we had a fantastic stay their Karen and Carrie were great hosts they were very welcoming . The room was so nice bed was so comfortable and room very cosy.breakfasts were very nice.we will definitely be coming back and have already booked in for next year .thankyou very much for our lovely stay with you see you again soon take care for now Marie and Graham from the Leicester couple X
