ordered a plush online at the end of November, heard nothing. after 2 weeks i emailed again, still nothing. emailed again and finally got a rude response saying that they were out of stock of the item (although it was still available for purchase on their website), they blamed me for the delay saying they had tried to get in contact but when asked for proof of these emails no reply. no apology, no offer of an alternative. horrible experience
