        I ordered a garden light over one month ago (on Dec 2nd). I have received multiple emails promising the item would be dispatched on various dates (first on Dec 16th, then Dec 28th). However, the item has still not been dispatched, and the company is not replying to emails. I will be requesting a charge-back on my credit card. EDIT: Shortly after posting my original review Zac at Talor personally phoned to discuss the situation. The issue appeared to be due to delivery companies failing multiple times to collect the item from Talor's warehouse. One day later the item was delivered by Parcelforce. Zac was kind enough to phone on both days to give updates.
