Thank you to our dentist today Dr Ramin. He was absolutely amazing and explained everything step by step. I suffer with a fear of the dentist and couldnt of felt anymore at ease. Very polite, professional and caring. 10/10

This practice is fantastic I had to call for an emergency appointment while visiting my mum . The practice were amazing they were very professional and the dentist I seen was very friendly and extremely gentle I was talked through my treatment step by step the appointment wasn't rushed I was given tremendous care while recieving my treatment . All in all a totally relaxed and calming experience I really can't Thankyou all enough for my treatment .

Disgraceful!!! Took my 12 year old granddaughter today as advised by our GP, to make an appointment as she has been registered as an NHS patient with them since she was two years old, only to be told that as she has not been seen since before Covid she has been removed from their nhs list! Err what? Wasn't there a very long period of time when the practice didn't have any nhs dentists and appointments were being cancelled? Her's included!! They admitted no notification was sent saying she had been removed, but she could be seen as a private patient if we paid 55.00!! No thanks, if we've got to go private we'll go with a reputable dentist. Walked down the road and booked her into Clarks who couldn't have been more helpful.

Amazing staff .. I had crowns fitted abroad so originally went in for a check over, the young dentist was lovely and made me feel reassured. Today I went to see the hygienist a lovely young lady very efficient at her job such a credit to the practise xx

discusting told id be contacted after lock down as had taken impression for partials knew i had broken tooth now when i call allways busy or dont answer messsages or phone broken tooth now makeing me ill no nhs dentists anywhere out here
