After viewing and putting a 3k deposit on a bmw x6 hamman version car priced at 25k as a genuine buyer was told they had only just had it in and it needed to still go through the workshop and would be one and a half to two weeks to be ready which I was happy with that there was 3/4 small jobs needed doing on it before they would be happy to let it go !! After 2 weeks i contacted them and was told they hadn't had time to look at it yet and would be another week I asked them to keep me informed on the progress.which they didn' I was the one who was contacting them 3/4 times a week After several weeks and every excuse under the sun ie, the mechanic had left then the mechanic wasn't in he was ill then the family all had colds and was shutting early I was the one who had to keep contacting them then was told it was ready but just needed mot !!! It had passed but with break light fault !!! Then 1 issue after another wiring loom they ordered 1 it came but was the wrong so ordered another when that came they left the car standing 3 days waiting for the mechanic to return as he had been working on it and removed the bumper several times !!! But didn't seem to be in any hurry to get the car ready. Absolutely no correspondence from them even though I requested updates to when I could collect it and it would be ready there was another excuse one after another !!!.6 weeks later still not ready so I requested a refund of my deposit at which point they said it was ready but needed 50 /60 miles drive to make sure it was ok but didnt have time to do this drive neither did they contact me to tell me any of this it was all down to me the customer to keep chasing them then i could try to ring all day but nobody would answer the phone or mobile but would reply to a text message as though they was just blatantly ignoring me !!! They gave me my deposit back within 24 hrs of my request. A strong word of warning though if you considering purchasing from them be prepared for this treatment 100% wouldn't recommend or advise this if you want your vehicle this side of Christmas or the hefty phone bill chasing them up all the time constantly to be lied to !!!!!

I recently just bought a car from here. Calum was an absolute super star from start to finish. We live in Scotland and asked was it possible for a delivery, which they dont advertise they do , within hours he had organised it at an amazing price. He put my mind at ease the whole way through the process as we have sadly been ripped of by garages before, car came with a 6 month warranty and is exactly as advertised really delighted with it, a really great and honest service. Initially I thought I had found a pleasant, honest family business but sadly this wasnt the case. The drive home from the Skegness garage on Christmas Eve was stressful and dangerous especially as we had our baby with us, pouring with rain, wipers that didnt work and an engine that wouldnt exceed 40mph in limp mode and soon found with an illegal tyre. 2 AA recoveries within 4 weeks of purchases (different issues) and still having problems. I have left 2 stars because all terrain automotive have contributed towards some of the repairs but Im guessing this is no longer the case since I was told I am the customer from hell and dont contact us again. Also be aware that the warranty cover is only valid at participating garages as my 6 local garages refused my vehicle recovery/repair, and the repair criteria is very limited as to what you can claim for. For some reason I was told New clutch fitted by Volvo two years ago Sadly this wasnt true and coincidentally I am having ongoing problems with the clutch
