I visited this branch recently as i had some money in a savings accont.I thought it would be a good idea to transfer it to a visa card account as the card would be a handy back up to easily access the funds.I was told i could do it online i pointed out that i would struggle with it and that trained computer literate staff could do it easily for me.i was then told i could have a phone appointment wich could take up to a hour to process.My point is why cant staff be more helpfull with older people who dont like computers.

Signed forms for a personal loan yesterday and was promised that the forms would be received at the appropriate department today, and that the money would be in my account same day. That didn't happen and I now have to wait until next week. Why make promises you can't fulfil?
