I've been around the gym a number of years now, started with circuit training back in the day and ive been a boxing coach at sfk for a few years now and it's a great team! there's classes to suit everyone and if you're looking to get fit all the classes at the gym can do that for you ! wether you want to learn boxing to compete or to just train boxing recreational we cater for everyone , I had to stop training a few years ago due to work commitments and put on around 30kg, since being back in the gym all the members and coaches have motivated me to get that weight off me ! And I'm now into the last 5kg to lose,, so if you're looking to get into boxing or kickboxing , mma or circuit training , or just to lose weight check us out!

Both my boys love going to sfk, both started when they were 6y old. The staff are fantastic with the kids.

A high quality Gym , that caters for all member needs. Whether the member wants to keep fit, burn calories or train for something specific SFK has the equipment, classes and instructors. Help is always on hand from instructors, who are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!! Fantastic place to train!!

Absolutely amazing gym, from the moment we walked in we have been made to feel so welcome. The coaches are all approachable and amazing with the kids. To make you more at ease they are all England boxing trained. Our very nearly 7 year old has come on so much and gained so much confidence after a lull due to COVID. I would highly recommend SFK to anyone that wants to learn the basics or even if your a fully fledged pro wanting to brush up your skills, whether it be boxing or kickboxing.
