        The hotel location was good, parking provided on the road but restricted, the hosts were helpful and the hotel was clean. However our room was extremely small there was hardly any room to walk around the bed we were very dissapointed, also in addition to charging 90 pounds per night breakfast was an extra 9 pounds too. My husband and I both work but have decided to change carer and open a bed and breakfast with these prices and extras we will be able to retire.

        We have been to Serena twice in two years and have no plans on changing hotels in the future , Phil & Cristina are the most welcoming, friendly and kind hoste , always good fun and make the time for a natter, rooms are always fresh and clean and a good English breakfast, lovely outdoor seating area, clean towels everyday, tv and hot drink facilities in the room, just an all out friendly hotel for short or long stays, we both love it , really good value and service and friendly, thank you Phil and Chris for making our vacation memorable
