Andrea and David very welcoming and friendly and great hosts went above and beyond for their guests. Hotel spotless with a lot of attention to detail Breakfast spot on cooked individually not cooked altogether very tasty .i would highly recommend this Hotel Walkability: Skegness shops bars restaurants four minutes walk

Just, back from a short break. Had a marvellous time. Breakfast is well worth the money. Fill up before a long day out. Our rooms were very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and plenty of those little extras. Dave and Andrea were great hosts and very informative, their attention to detail , spot on. Our wonderful hosts, Dave and Andrea gave us such a warm welcome and throughout our short stay they were so helpful and caring. We had the deluxe double room, everything from bedding, toiletries, etc. was kept clean and tidy and a comfortable room. Going down into the dinning room in the mornings was a pleasure, with a good choice of cereals and cooked breakfast, anything you asked for was not too much trouble to please you. We would highly recommend this guest house and the property is situated not too far from the seafront and town centre. We will definitely come again, Dave and Andrea were such a caring couple.
