        Very rude and unprofessional the gentleman tried been a comedian stating my husband should have gone to spec savers when infact he needs spec savers leaving his only bathroom for 12 rooms to share in the state we found it personal hair in the sink and shower and towels to greet us in the room as you can see in the pictures the floor in our room was dirty when I went down stairs to inform them armed with the towel as can be seen on cctv they never came to front of house to talk to me Avoid Avoid Avoid my bathroom at home is bigger than room 6 it's too small for 2 people
