        What friendly and caring staff. I had to listen to the usual Skegness miserable moening club in the que but don't they understand that sometimes there can be sudden staff absenses and we are in the middle of a Pandemic. Not only are we lucky to be blessed with a good selection of banking facilities in Skegness where a lot of places have non but to have such wonderfull staff too is brilliant.

        Helpful friendly staff they have time for you a great personal touch that makes a difference. The service could improve with more counter windows open as waiting times can be very long and frustrating when only one person serving, that's the reason for 4 stars. But, still best bank in Skegness.
