Barclays Bank

On my last visit, paying in coins and notes I found some of the counter staff can be a little abrupt, as I hadn't organised the money to their convenience. This is NOT good customer service!

Always friendly staff but the bank provides one person on the counter who has to deal with all types of often complex time consuming requests from customers so waiting times can be 20mins +

I went to the branch with my husband to dispute Mcdonald transaction... Well I have never expected such a poor customer service... sarcastic and disrespectful comments and open discussion about our case behind the counter, in front of other customers. Lady behind the counter has explained to us that my husband should be blame for the situation as he accepts charge of 97, while should be paying 9.70, put his pin and she is unable to help... I have been in many branches around England and I must say that I have never come across such a poor customer service, she should be working in place where no people skills are required

Rubbish. 9:47 and still not open and suppose to be open at 09:30 Still shut on a Tuesday. Barclays we are not in covid anymore!!!
