        After a problem with a member of staff acting unprofessional and giving incorrect information, I complained a few days later the manager called me we solved the issues over the phone and she promised to call me again by the first week in August which never happened, so thank you for letting us down again, we was going to transfer all our money into lloyds but not now, as you cannot be trusted
