        Just had headlight fitted at Halford Skegness. Drove in on rainy morning and before i even got o light bulb aisle was presented with correct bulb for my car as had noticed light was out while driving in! Fitted inside 5 minutes. Incredible service.

        Purchased a battery which was shown as 'in stock', selected store collection. Three days later the tracking is still showing ' agent is sorting' ... After several attempts to get past the auto answer agent, I'm eventually reward with a human who cannot resolve, but offers me tge store phone number. Turns out the number is directed to a central office who, on hearing my story, leave me hanging for 15+ minutes. Eventually they come back and I'm told the item is ready for collection. The store salesman just rolled his eyes and handed over the battery. Abysmal system
