        Wonderful stuffed toys, very high quality! The staff member I spoke to over the phone (I think her name was Paula but not 100% sure) went above and beyond to help me buy a Ginge the cat toy for my niece in time for my visit. I previously had struggled to find a ginger tabby cat toy anywhere! Will definitely be buying from again.

        Just received the horse comforter which looks much better in real life-absolutely adore it.Service way above what is required. Couldn't believe how kind they were to enclose a horse rattle as it was one day late. If we get anymore great nieces or nephews will definitely buy from here again as quality is exceptional

        Ordered on the 8th of December 2020. Still not received Rabbit Hot water bottle, Pajama's case. I ordered this for my patient for Christmas. It is now 26th December and nothing has yet been delivered. Slightly disappointed.
