        10/10 Company. I would give more then 5 stars if I could! The pricing is great for small businesses and can meet any business needs, complex or simple. Very fast at fixing/resolving issues. Could not recommend them any more than I currently am! Also great for Telephone Answering Services like myself as they can have call queuing, transfers and music on hold and many more features.         We are a business and had Orchid telecom for over a year. Since December we are having problems (we cannot call out and have problems receiving calls as well) Orchid has commented as it is Chinese new year, the software team is on holiday?!?!? This is very unprofessional and they should be able to sort the problems. I have tried to call and email but the phone is out of order and they do not reply. stay away!
