Brought a set of blinds from this company via The Range website and have been waiting for a simple replacement since Jan 11th this year and STILL waiting!!! back and forth emails with The Range regarding this matter as getting hold of anyone responsible from this company is absolute joke and waste of time
Have sent pics/videos of the faulty blinds and still they wont supply a replacement and rather i send the old ones back before they do anything. I JUST WANT A EXCHANGE what is so difficult with this process??

The unprofessionalism over email is shocking, whoever is dealing with their emails clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever! Please stay away from ordering from this company
