Used this company quite a few times now and the way I judge one is when there's a problem. On my first order part of my order was damaged , I spoke to the company and without question they replaced my order straight away. Great customer service.

I've had things before from The Psychic Tree, given to me as gifts, and was happy with them but ordered a few things for myself, and I am, sadly, very disappointed. I ordered a Labradorite tower (90-120g), a tourmalinated quartz tower (60-90g), a small bag of citrine crystal chips, a small bag of rainbow moonstone crystal chips, 3rainbow moonstone tumbles and a tourmalinated quartz bracelet. Now, the Labradorite tower, not only does it only have 1 or 2 small blue flashes and that's it, it has cracks and chips in it, the tourmalinated quartz tower has brown bits running through it and has cracks and chips in it too. Plus, I think a height and weight scale should be used as they are also smaller than I expected. The citrine crystal chips are perfect for what I wanted them for (making jewellery) but the rainbow moonstone chips are all SOO tiny that there is no way I can make holes in them to even make a bracelet!! They all look like pieces that have broken off of other crystals and even crystal bracelets as there are pieces that look to have had holes in them but broken in half etc, some also just look like tiny bits of broken clear glass..whereas the citrine chips are completely different, bigger and look more like crystals and would be able to have holes put in them.. As for the rainbow moonstone tumbles, well, they are OK but have no blue flashes in any of them at all... I'm just disappointed with the crystals' overall quality, and unfortunately, I don't know if I will buy from here again.. *Edited to say, Courtney from The Psychic Tree has been in touch since I emailed and has done her best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there were only a few Labradorite towers left and she didn't want to send me one of the same quality so is processing a refund for me on that one but, she is sending me out a replacement Tourmalinated Quartz tower/point and promises it will be perfect!! As for the rainbow moonstone crystal chips, they only have those ones in stock right now so it was either a refund or I just keep them and maybe put them into candles I make. The customer service was quick and helpful. I've now received the replacement Tourmalinated Quartz point and it is pretty perfect..(last 2pics are the new one)and I have to say, even though they were not the best quality in my eyes, the delivery was quick of the first items and then of the replacement Tourmalinated Quartz too, I assume they have made things better as they use tracking nbrs etc now but I see in reviews from a couple years ago - they didn't..so, overall quality wasn't great but the customer service was very quick and helpful and my replacement point is great. Bit of a hit and miss I think by the looks of the reviews.

Ordered 12 different polished tumblestones and they are beautiful. Nice sizes and wonderful quality. Will certainly be returning for more.
