We took our GS for pre-op check before being spayed next week. Molly, receptionist was very hepful & gave us a nice welcome. Maria, Nurse was lovely, very gentle with Honey, understanding & gave full explanations of procedures for next week, including possible risks, as with any op. Can't fault them nor the Teams we have met at their other two clinics. Vets, nurses & reception staff, all amazing. We are so lucky to have found them as our girl is a rescue who is highly anxious around other dogs, screams at the sight of one but all the clinics, without exception, have ensured she doesn't encounter her own kind. Brilliant & caring Team.
