Gm furniture care

Glenn came out to look at our 7 year old Chesterfield sofa as the cushion seats were worn, scratched and starting to get uncomfortable. We have just received our 'newly refurbished ' cushions and not only do they look great they are also really comfortable. The covers were cleaned repaired and refilled with a new foam inner, and the work was done really quickly. Very happy to recommend Glenn as his work has been excellent, reasonably priced , he kept us informed along the way and has also given us tips to continue to look after the sofa for the years to come.

Update: further to my review below, less than a couple of weeks after my chairs have been returned, one of the seats has already started to sag so unfortunately I am not satisfied with the quality of work. GM furniture have yet to come back to me on my original issue or this issue. Original review: I was really pleased with how my dining room chairs were fixed, however, on return they had a vile smell, like tobacco/cigarette smoke. I put them to air in a different room and they managed to stink that room out. I contacted GM but was advised that they had not had that feedback before. This was fair comment however, there was no further correspondence on what I might be able to do to eradicate the smell or even an apology. I have spent the last couple of days and many hours trying to get rid of the smell before a birthday celebration using baking soda, white vinegar and lots of Febreze. In the end I may have to resort to a professional clean. As I say the overall fix of my chairs was good.

Glenn came out to us to re-upholster 2 two seater leather settees and one three seater leather settee . He has done a fantastic job !! I thought that l was going have to buy new furniture but he has brought the old ones back to life . He turned up on time , within 5 minutes he was getting stuck in to the job . Really professional from start to finish ! And the added bonus , he is NOT expensive. I would highly recommend GLENN to anybody that needs re-upholstery done 10/10 Thank you Glenn.

Glenn came out twice in order to make sure that his work was perfect. He takes great care and pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him.
