This a great store their gluten free is so good selection i get all mine at this store. But they could have more gluten free bread in stock.

Good store, especially if you are in a rush, however they fail miserably on their Customer Service, as it is not taken seriously or dealt with professionally, If you've got a complaint do not expect any follow up as to what they have done to rectify it. Believe me ! This is Gospel truth. I have had recently (on 2 consecutive weeks) a price query on a pre packed meat query. Nothing wrong with the product just the price. These items (various varieties), are on an offer by 2 for 7, or singular for 4 each. This is clearly printed on outer cardboard package. However underneath on the edge of the Shelf (a foot or so away), there is a price of 4:25p. When you get to the checkout you are charged the higher price. I raised this query with the Customer service person and was given a refund of the difference, and told them that this was a bit naughty to have charged the higher amount, and how many member of the public would be overcharged. A week later, exactly the same problem raised. So I was annoyed that they hadn't done anything to rectify this. So off I went to the Customer service section, (let me also say at this point that there are No signage to say where this is allocated, but is secreted within the Cigarettes and tobacco kisok). Anyway I pointed out the problem and showed the person behind the counter the error, she kindly refunded the difference once more. I then added that this had occurred over 7 days previously to me and nothing had to been done to rectify this issue. No movement had happened dispite me bringing this to their attention. She then said replied "This occurs bacause Head office determines the price, not us" But, I said "Does No information get passed on to them regarding errors ?" "Oh No,....... Only if you make a complaint does feedback reach them" !!!!! So there you have it, Customer Service (if you can find it in your store), is just a front that exists to serve dealing with refunds, but won't do anything to resolve the core problem. . You just walk away knowing that this unless you remember at the point of picking up the item what the price is, they will carry on over pricing Update 28/02/2023, The salad produce section (Tomatoes & Letteces), are completey bare, just empty trays. Not Morrisions fault, but this lies with the Heard Mentality that will buy up to the excess. Let's be honest. It's February and in years gone by there were things called Seasons..... You never saw Strawberrys in November and so on. People can live without any product for a duration of a month if they wanted to. We are still in Winter in the UK, find an alternative and enjoy.Update 30/04/2023. My local Morrisions is very untidy in as much that you always see shelves with empty cartons on them where the products are sold out and the staff do not remove them (for whatever reason). The state of them today was exactly that when I visited. In the isle where Eggs are susposed to be, there was an empty shelf space of about 15ft of nothing, except for one egg box that had broken eggs inside. Once again not only was this a shame that this Supermarket was out of stock of this product (the next supermarket being only 250 metres away had no shortages when I visited it straight after), but the mess from this damaged box had not been cleared away. It was evident that this box had been there for some time from the dried up remnants. The cashier informed me that they had been out of stock for some while on this item.
