Foned their area call centre from it,
an excellent and helpful guy on the other end,
Who pointed me in the rite direction for my query and generally Timpson's provide a good and quality service,
so far so good ay,
so why is it that 8 times out of 10 that I find that a lot of Timpsons staff in every store I've been in is arrogant, curt and unhelpfully rude,
