        We met Ricky and from the start he was totally professional and very experienced (after being let down by several other builders). Our project was a change of use 4 storey Victorian house from offices to a 5 bed HMO rental house needing total refurbishment throughout. Ricky project managed it dealing with all contractors and was always helpful on time and met building control inspectors on site to ensure all work was correctly done. All aspects were taken care of from elecs, plumbing, new kitchen, carpets and decorating etc and we were very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend to everyone for large projects or small alike. Thanks again.
