        The staff get it done but clearly customers are an inconvenience. I ONLY use it to collect Amazon parcels or I just wouldn't bother with them. Is it so hard to smile once and a while?

        Old woman with dark hair are so rude.Her attitude is horrible !!!! She doing what she wants!!! Even not speaking with customers and her self making decisions about how to send parcels!!!! She sent my parcel without tracking and its lost!!!!! I told i want send with tracking and she said its to late!!!!

      • The worker is very rude! And she didn't want to allow paying by card at the beginning, then changed her mind. She doesn't know anything about her working skills. Wanted me to pay extra for free post. She did that before as well. VERY Bad service,impolite and 0 knowledge.
