Went into the pharmacy to purchase the lactulose, black lady came politely to served me and said to wait as it needs to be passed through till as my other colleague is making medicine somewhere at the back. So, I politely waited nearly 15 min in the mean time she served another 4 to 5 customers and when all were served, she said my colleague will serve me next as there is another lady waiting before me to be served. Just ridiculous.... I have never came across the way the till customers are separated from the prescription customers as there seems to be 2 queue she is creating unnecessary just trying to lazy or smart I still cannot figure it out.

Went into buy anti fungal cream. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly and asked a woman in the back if they had any antifungal for Dhobie itch. The woman in the back was more interested in her phone than serving a customer and said they had run out. Luckily I spotted it on the shelf before I left! They had half a dozen on the shelf!
