1. Phone doesn't get picked up, don't bother trying.
2. No text to confirm meds ready.
3. Queues and a long wait.
4. Your tablets aren't ready please wait some more.
5. You never put in a repeat prescription or you've only got some of it.
6. It's the doctor's fault speak with them (if it's the Memorial you may as well drop dead at this point).
7. You then shortly after your visit get a text saying your meds are ready.
8. Repeat steps 3 to 5.
9. You've now been off your meds over a week and feel very rough and cranky.
10. You leave it another week and after many prayers to God and visit church to confess all your sins you visit to get all your meds. They wish you well and say see you soon...
11. The dread of doing all this again too soon, you hope the experience brings you closer to death and a trip to heaven for all the suffering.

Waited half an hour today just to find out if the meds are ready to be sent in another qeue to get them.
The shelves are black of dust, opening times don't mean anything for employees, never pick the phone up.
