Unprofessional and frustrating booking process. I booked and paid my deposit. They cancelled day before.I rebooked but this time I cancelled late so I had to rebook and pay another deposit. I dont have a problem with that but each time I phone they cant seem to find my details! Ive had to hang on up to 20 minutes while my details are recaptured. Today they phoned and invited me to rebook. Great. I said Ive already my deposit. Guess what! They couldnt find it. I have proof on statement. I was asked to find proof and phone back. But Im done and Ive booked with another groomer. Took all of 3 minutes including payment of deposit For goodness sakes it shouldnt be this difficult!

Have been taking my pup here since December 2022, my labradoodle loves going to see the ladies in the groom room!! He always comes out looking lovely and clean and is always happy to come here! I have no concerns about the staff at the Sittingbourne groom room! Good courteous service and if the pup is happy then I am happy.

Not sure what has happened to the lovely girls that used to work here but there seems to have been a change of staff who have no idea of what customer service is very unfriendly manner and rude.. will never book here again

We had great experiences here with our dogs until October 2022 when they cancelled last minute with no apologies and could not rebook before december 21 (which we already had booked). We received the confirmation text mid December only to get a call December 19th to say they could only manage one dog (our dogs have always been done together). Then on the 20th at 7pm we got a call to say they couldn't do either dog. This change from the previously wonderful service and fantastic caring staff who the dogs were always excited to see coincided with a new manager, who also seems uncaring and rude when she lets you down repeatedly on the phone. Despite cancelling us twice she was not interested in rebooking our dogs - it is up to us to call back! Sadly we have had to find new groomers, but want to say a big thank you to the old staff who previously cared for our lab and cockapoo and wish them the best for the future.
