Absolutely appalling service, appointment made weeks in advance, for a no show, an hour after appointment due time, after pestering with calls , get a call back with a rubbish excuse of a clamp on car, due to no tax, sorry but youre mobile and use a van, very unprofessional, the call wasnt even from the groomer but her partner.

As so many others have said before me - absolutely useless, no show and unreachable on the phone. How this person has run a dog grooming company for this long is beyond me. Shambles

Best dog groomers Ive had my dog looked homeless and his fur was looking wired, He came out of this magic van looking absolutely stunning a new dog and he smells amazing definitely going back

Booked over a week ago knowing it was for a dog show. Booked for today I get 1 missed call from an unknown number once with no message 10 minutes into the booking no one shows, you call them up and just get told they had to cancel. I have seen a few reviews for this but give the benefit of the doubt. But blown out. Now have a dog show tomorrow with no groom so thank you very much!
