Highly recommended personalised running programmes. Coaching from Liz has developed my strength and improved my nutrition for running.. Liz has used her expertise to help me successfully recover from a stress fracture. Over time, I am less burned out and have started to regain some speed post menopause. She is quick to respond with questions and supportive with dilemmas. Thanks Liz!

Amazing coach. You get personal training plans that she will adapt if niggles come in or you have other stuff to work around. I also know from others that she covers such a range of goals so whatever you are aiming for she tailors the plans to you. She gives constant feedback through the app she uses to set training. The training syncs to my watch so I can just go out and the session happens. I also got the opportunity with Liz to go to Kenya in January. This was a trip of a lifetime (well i hope to go again, yes it was that good).Running out there and being in that environment was incredible. Totally immersed in running and surrounded by beautiful people and scenery (though the hills did feel a bit much at times!) I totally, highly recommend Liz if you are a runner that wants to go that bit further and is just unsure how (I was that runner a year and a bit ago!)

Great coach. Helped me through a number of races over the past 6 months (fell, trail and road) and gave good structure to my training. Due to working shifts and having a 2 year old often meant unexpected changes in my routine, so a quick email or message and the training plan was instantly adjusted to suit. Monthly what's app calls to have a catch up and the training plan was always 2 or 3 weeks planned in advance so nothing was ever just sprung on me which I find key to getting the right balance training/life balance

I started my coaching with Liz in November 22 still recovering from an injury. I like to have a running coach to guide me, to help me set realistic goals & to encourage progress. I felt from the outset that Liz was the right coach for me as she listened to my fitness/injury concerns & adapted my training plan so that I could recover properly & slowly get back into doing what I love, running. Its good to catch up over video call to give & receive feedback. Im enjoying my running again which is so important to me. I highly recommend Liz & her coaching.

I would like to thank Liz for getting me through my first Marathon! Every time I had a problem, and there were quite a few along the way, Liz was able to give advice that worked in practice. Im fairly certain I would have picked up injuries that would have scuppered my chances if I had not engaged with her.
