My 12 week transformation was one of the best things I ever did. Chantelle prepared me a personal diet sheet to suit my vegan diet and I was never left hungry - felt like I was eating more than I ate before! I received weekly coaching calls and motivating information. Liam gave me a number of different exercises I could do at home and advice on where to buy the equipment. I have tried a number of times to loose weight but always gave up before. This was different because Liam tapped into my reason for wanting to change shape and educated, motivated and encouraged me continually. In 12 weeks I went from wearing a size 16 trouser to squeezing into my size 12 jeans! Overall I lost 5lbs and 19cms from my body. I would recommend CIB Body Transformations 100%

I am currently 6 weeks in to my programme and actually enjoying putting in the hard work! Before I started I hadn't set foot in a gym in a few years, had been sat on my backside just working and eating take away 5-6 times a week. I had the idea that I wanted to either join a gym or start playing football again for a while but I just didn't have it in me to get started. Going on the internet for training plans always come up with foods that I didn't like and routines that didn't interest me but when I contacted CIB they tailored my plan around me, my likes and dislikes, my aims, how I wanted to train and my end goals. The first 5 weeks was basic movements to get my body used to it, incorporating as many muscles in one movement to get the best results then I spoke to Liam that I wanted to switch it up a gear so he went away and made me a new plan. As previously stated I'm only half way through but I'm noticing such a difference in myself already. Now I'm eating fresh, good foods I have so much more energy, I feel better about myself and I'm keeping myself disciplined which is a great feeling, knowing I don't have to give in when the kebab is calling! When your in the gym its easy to give up on yourself, thinking 'I'll push myself harder next time' but when your under the bar and Liam is telling you your still pushing strong and to work through the burn, your muscles haven't given up yet it's just your brain telling you to go sit down and check Facebook because it's the easiest thing to do! It really does get you going, such a psychological boost when your out of the gym and you realise how hard you pushed yourself, even when you wake up from a rubbish nights sleep and go in the gym straight away to get it done. Anybody considering joining CIB I would strongly recommend you to. Facebook page full of motivation, food ideas, workouts to keep things fresh. Food plans designed for YOUR daily macro's, all you have to do is eat it!! That gym membership you signed up for and didn't use for the other 11 months of the year? Save yourself the hassle, money and guilt of 'I'll do it tomorrow' and go get it done today!
