        I made an order at about 1045, got email confirmation of my order and expected delivery 1152, they've got my money, it's now 0023 and they haven't responded to my text, email or call?!!!!! Further to this, after seeing my messages today they haven't refunded my money or called me, I had to call them. Blamed it all on their automated system. Still doesn't explain why no apology or refund until I called them 5pm!!! MASSIVE FAIL
