We can't fault the equipment but the staff are rude and unhelpful. We ordered a rain cover and canopy for our sons chair on the understanding it would arrive in a week max as we were told by members of staff, once ordered they said oh maybe at the end of the month very unsympathetically, most of the staff we spoke to have no idea what they are selling or how to search a order number. How the NHS have contracts with them is anyone's guess, it's not like they are cheap, though even cheap companies deliver faster.

I've worked with these guys for the best part of a year which has given me a good idea of what they offer, staff are amazing and their products even more so.

Karl b kindly came to my house and bought a model we was interested In with him, we placed an order after a quote was given. The support from Karl through out was second to none, communication was great and I genuinely felt he cared. Delivery wasnt straight forward but it wasnt due to RMS, it was down to the courier. I was In contact with Peter when the goods came into stock, he used his own time to ensure the service that was provided was to a high standard. Peters communication through out was amazing. He kept me informed was back and forth with courier and understood the importance of us getting the chair. Once delivered Peter rang and emailed to make sure all was well and that I was happy. Customer service of this standard is few and far between and I cant tell you how grateful I am! Thank you so much to Peter and Karl. Very grateful! One happy customer!
