We bought our first home through Buckey & Ward. They were excellent from start to finish. Ian and Lucy provided very professional service. Definitely we are recommending them.

Terrible expiriance, have been dealing with this guys just because it was recomended by a good friend of us as we had to switch from Connells for many reasons. It started with a good visit of the property. from the right foot very promising views happened regularly no issues. When advertised made a few erros in price. At the stage of offer made and, untill exchange and complitione happend, I had to inquire on several ocasions on the progress as it was draging and none of the party could give me a clear update. So here the isue araised - have tried to comunicate it with Ian to find out more where the sales progess stands,who was contsatntly ignoring my calls and instead was messaging me in some very unprofesional manner also tried to find out from the office what is going on and the young lady voice tried to hide Ian by telling me that he is not anymore in the office is gone home for the day "in the middle of working day", when clearly i could hear him on the background. And I clearly gave up on chasing estate agent for information and had to comunicate with solicitor so then solicitor can contact estate agent for information I requred. It was a night mare comunicating any information, updates with this guys and I had to face some lies and critics from Ian, very childish behavior and unprofessional.
