Everyone has been fantastic. Rhys and James have been fab since the beginning, keeping in contact as much as possible, supporting us with different options of houses, and ensuring that our process is going smooth. All details have been informative and interaction has been on point. Katie was with us at our property when showing potential buyers round our property and she was fantastic, so friendly and relaxed. So thankful for all they have done for us, and this is only the beginning of our journey. We originally bought our property through Wards 6 years ago, and knew the best thing to do was go back go where it all began and so glad we did. Thank you so much guys. You've been amazing.

All of the staff at Wards have been great in finding suitable properties for me to view. Their guidance and advise has been great for me. I have mainly been dealing with Katie from the Sittingbourne office, she has been polite, professional from the start, she always keeps me informed but is never pushy, allowing me to think and make decisions. I am more than happy I have the team there helping me and would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff, but getting hold of people in a timely manner was a challenge at times. That said, they were always willing to help when you did. Some internal process could do with a review and tightening up.
