Staff are friendly but if you're a fairly heavy smoker (like I used to be) and you're making the switch to vaping, the liquids here are very expensive. I spent a lot of money in this shop in my early days of vaping but I began to find that liquids were available elsewhere for much cheaper prices. I never saw any benefits from the loyalty card despite scanning it on many occasions - it never delivered any discounts or freebies.
