From the 1st viewing to completion Shannon was amazing, always attentive and listened to our needs after having a bad experience prior to our new house! Got us through to exchange and completion in a tight schedule (with our mortgage offer running out) & EVEN helped us when we were locked out. Theresa also had to pick up on one of the days Shannon was off and she was great! Shannon youre great!!! Honestly you give estate agents a good name and especially your move. It was great working with you, and when it comes to selling we will be going through you! Thank you soooo much! We LOVE our new home!

Mark and his team went the extra mile selling my property, first they sold it for the full asking price in under two weeks and then they did loads of work inbetween the solicitors. Everything was seemingly going horribly wrong in the finale days of exchange/completion but they pulled it all back into line keeping me calm and updated, while doing lots of phones calls and leg work!!! They really did an amazing job and I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so so much.

Extremely disappointed with Your Move Sittingbourne, in particular Shannon, having called regarding a property for sale Shannon arranged a viewing the following day at 5pm. I arrived around 5 minutes early, a journey which took 30 minutes as I dont live locally, and I waited and waited eventually calling to check where Shannon was. Surprisingly Shannon answered the phone and then went on to tell me that she thought she had spoken to me earlier in the day, obviously she hadnt because I turned up to the viewing as arranged. She then went on to tell me that the property was under offer. So a wasted journey and my time. I should have known that she clearly didnt know how to do her job when I didnt receive the confirmation email that she said she would send following arranging the viewing. Perhaps Shannon needs to learn to deal with her administrative tasks effectively, in particular her diary entries, viewings and telephone calls, paying particular attention to cancelling viewings before people turn up, all of which should be part of her role. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents recently and I can honestly say this has been my worst experience to date.
