The 1:1 Diet with Faith

Cannot thank Faith enough, such a personable experience with great encouragement to help me reach my goal. The plan is tailored to make it realistic for me to maintain and I can see the weight loss achieved so far and feel more energetic and healthier in myself. Cannot wait to reach my final goal, Faith is an amazing consultant, I couldnt have done it without her support and guidance.

My experience with Faith has been more than I could have expected. I was very wary thinking it was yet another shake diet but the introduction of small healthy controlled meals makes me feel like I am in control and having all my vitamins. When I am at target Faith has explained how she can help me manage to stay within my healthy range with vitamin rich filling foods. I have much more energy already and have even started going back to the gym.
