        Not what would expect for such a high profile world wide retailer First time I was at this retailer absolutely fantastic service the following time that I went back customer service diabolical absolutely disgraceful wrote to a director of the company never ever had a reply absolutely no apologies whatsoever. I cannot see myself going back
