Having recently sold our house through Connells in Sittingbourne, I have to say that although the process was a lengthy one due to our buyer trying every trick in the book to extend the process as long as possible and reneging on completion dates, Sonny did his best to keep us in the loop with the little to no information he was getting from the buyer and Pamela in particular , who dealt with our mortgage, kept in touch long after her work was done and was every bit as pleased, and relieved as we were when the Sale finally went through.Pamela is a credit too the company. I would highly recommend Connells in Sittingbourne too help you with your house purchase/sale.

we dealt with Izzy on the viewing of the property, very lovely and friendly, then dealt with Sonny and Pam both professional, helpful and ensured the sale went though. Pam answered all questioned we had as first time buyers we was unsure on the progress. thank you to all that we dealt with.

Excellent service from Luke when securing a rental property in the area. He was always available to help and ensure any questions I had were answered quickly.

If you are looking to sell or buy in Swale - dont use Connells. The branch is solely focussed on getting new business and NOT progressing what they already have. The staff are not allowed to make any decisions or contact anyone without referring to the branch manager first and he is normally found out looking at properties or leaflet dropping. When our sale did go through, there was no customer service such as conducting meter readings or ensuring their clients left instructions on things like water, heating system etc. The company need to learn some urgent lessons in sales progression and not just selling. In contrast, our estate agent Martin Regan-Kennard Exp was excellent. Someone Connells need to learn from!
