Wings Nursery

This is the best nursery in the area, can't recommend it enough. My son has been going here for 18 months since he was 2 years old. They are so helpful. They have a great balance of structured learning and play, the kids are all encouraged to be friends. The nursery also compliment whatever you're doing at home, e.g the were a great help with potty training. They've given my son a great start in life

I would highly recommend wings nursery. Ever since my son started attending (which has only been 5 months) he has developed rapidly, going from not saying many words to now singing songs and learning words everyday. He is more confident and interactive with others and he is always super happy to be dropped off in the morning. I have peace of mind all day while hes at nursery and Im not anxious about his well being because of the positive assurance from the staff. My only wish is that I found wings nursery sooner! Special shout out to all the amazing, friendly, welcoming and HARDWORKING staff who deserve all the recognition for how much they genuinely and delightfully look after my little boy and all the other children.

Amazing nursery run by qualified teachers. My son absolutely loves going to nursery here and has bonded really well with all the staff. My son has additional needs and they have been really accommodating and have always made sure he is comfortable at nursery. The nurserys senco here is absolutely brilliant and is so supportive whenever I need to chat things through. Really recommend this nursery to anyone in the local area.

I am so impressed with the level of care my son receives at Wings Nursery. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic and my son has built strong bonds with all the adults and children. All the activities are well planned and engaging. They are attentive to his needs and give thorough feedback. He loves outdoor play and cant wait to tell me about his day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wings! Thank you for all you do!

This setting is beyond fantastic! Our son was initially with a child minder, then this care stopped with the implementation of the first lockdown. When settings re-opened the child-minder suffered ill health and therefore we needed to find a new placement for him. We visited Wings after a recommendation from my sister whose son was taught by the owners of the setting a few years back - he is now 18 at University! When we went to view it our son was instantly happy and totted off playing, whilst Dad and I were shown around. We signed him up and have never looked back. The activities that they complete with the children are so varied, they have outside play every day and they give each and every child one to one too which is amazing. I have regular updates on Tapestry to review and parents are encourages to upload bits on there too - which are responded too. Things such as toilet training and writing skills have been easily implemented with the wonderful support of the team here. Nothing is ever too much to ask - recently our little one has fractured his ankle, and the setting have been phenomenal. They've allowed him back and have amended some activities to accommodate him as he is not as mobile currently. If you're looking for a placement where you can walk away leaving your bundle of joy without feeling any sense of guilt or trepidation - Wings is for you. Our son comes out each day and says the same thing 'I had a lovely day at Nursery today' and this eases any concern that ever creeps in. Penny, Charlotte, Chloe, Courtney, Emma, Jackie and Amiee thank you for providing Joel with a wonderful space to develop and grow - and always making him smile. I look forward to seeing him develop more when he ventures 'Upstairs' soon.
