        We had problems with a care company when my Dad came out of hospital they just had no intereast in looking after my Dad and seemed to just be interested in saving time, after putting in a complaint into ss we were given scott care as a alternative.. it's been night and day compared to the other company, Scott Care go above and beyond in providing a service that's kind and also caring the Staff on the ground are beyond perfect and I feel comforted knowing he's in capable hands with Scott Care.

        Since taking on more work from KCC this company are appalling. Their front line staff are fantastic but clearly not enough of them to care for people who need help. I think KCC should take note before something bad happens
